Provide skilled nursing care for medically complex patients while supporting safe, high-quality outcomes./n /n /n Location highlight: Phoenix, AZ (85006) places you near Downtown and Roosevelt Row, with easy access to local dining, desert hiking, and year-round sunshine./n /n/nJob Details (Travel Nursing)/n /n - Job Title: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – LTAC/n - Location: Phoenix, AZ 85006/n - Setting: Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC)/n - Employment Type: Travel (W2)/n - Start Date: 03/09/2026 (ASAP start available)/n - Contract Length: 13 weeks/n - Hours per Week: 36/n - Shift: 12-hour nights/n - Schedule: 3x12 nights/n - Openings: 1/n - Estimated Weekly Pay Range: $1,730–$1,820/n /n/nJob Requirements (RN – LTAC)/n /n - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing (state-specific requirements apply)/n - Two (2) years of bedside clinical experience (highly desired)/n - BLS (required prior to first shift)/n - ACLS (required prior to first shift)/n - Strong clinical assessment, care planning, documentation, and patient/family education skills/n - Ability to delegate appropriately and support ancillary staff in a fast-paced clinical environment/n /n/nResponsibilities (Travel RN Night Shift)/n /n - Complete comprehensive nursing assessments within required timeframes and develop individualized plans of care for LTAC patients/n - Deliver direct patient care using the nursing process (assess, plan, implement, evaluate) with a focus on patient education and safety/n - Provide timely, accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the medical record/n - Communicate patient status changes promptly to support continuity of care, rapid response, and safe handoffs/n - Participate in care conferences/rounds as applicable and contribute updates for ongoing care planning/n - Initiate discharge planning and patient teaching from admission forward/n - Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and orientees; delegate tasks appropriately and provide coaching as needed/n - Promote a safe environment through safe patient handling, infection prevention, and hazard reporting/n - Assist with charge responsibilities following orientation, as requested/n /n/n Apply now for this Travel RN (LTAC) night shift contract in Phoenix, AZ.
