crystal.fryers@gogpac.com We’re recruiting on behalf of a reputable
and growing financial institution with a strong Wealth and Trust
department. They are seeking a Trust Associate to join their
Scottsdale-based team. This position offers hands-on experience in
trust administration and client service, with opportunities to grow
in a supportive environment. Position Summary: The Trust Associate
will support the administration of trust, estate, and agency
accounts. This includes account setup, data maintenance, asset
transfers, and internal documentation. You’ll also play a key role
in delivering excellent service to clients while collaborating with
Trust Officers and operations staff. Key Responsibilities: Assist
with day-to-day administration of trust and estate accounts Open,
update, and monitor trust accounts using internal systems
Coordinate movement of funds, securities, and assets Prepare
documents for internal committees, regulatory reviews, and audits
Provide prompt and professional service to clients Interpret trust
and estate documents and assist with compliance Support trust
operations and handle general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s
degree preferred 1–3 years of experience in trust administration,
financial services, or legal support Strong attention to detail and
organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal
abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel)
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle sensitive
information Occasional travel to nearby office locations may be
required Work Environment: Standard hours are Monday through
Friday, 8AM–5PM Role is fully onsite in Scottsdale, AZ Must be able
to sit at a computer for extended periods and occasionally lift up
to 25 lbs Professional, quiet, and client-facing office environment
Compensation & Benefits: $21.00 – $33.00 per hour, depending on
experience Eligibility for discretionary annual bonus Full benefits
