Competitive Compensation: Up to $130,000 base salary (DOE) 401(k) with Generous Match Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance- Generous PTO & Paid Holiday Supportive Work Environment with Opportunity for Professional Growth Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts, In-person role in Tempe, AZ Job Details Qualifications Needed: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles Strong knowledge and application of GAAP and internal controls- Proven background in budgeting, cash flow management, and financial analysis Experience managing or overseeing accounting functions Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Power Query, and Power BI for financial reporting and dashboarding Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle NetSuite, is a plus CPA designation preferred Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal and external partners Self-starter with strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations Strong leadership and team management skills Key Responsibilities and Duties: Monitor and manage company budgets, expenses, and cash flow to meet financial targets Oversee accounting department and ensure accuracy of financial records Perform day-to-day financial statement entries and reconciliations for multiple locations Demonstrate strong knowledge of GAAP and internal control processes Develop and maintain comprehensive KPI dashboards using Excel, Power Query, and Power BI Conduct financial analysis and research to support business decisions and recommend improvements Prepare documents supporting annual audits and ensure compliance with regulations including HIPAA Manage multiple priorities independently with timely project completion Partner with internal teams and management to support financial operations Maintain confidentiality of patient and company information Continuously improve finance processes leveraging technical skills and ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite preferred) Perform other finance and accounting duties as assigned Interested in hearing more?
