In partnership with The Coca-Cola Company, fairlife ultra-filtered milk and Core Power high protein shakes are distributed throughout the United States (U.S.) and Canada; all other fairlife drinks are available in the U.S. To learn more about fairlife and its collection of products, please visit--.job purpose: The Administrative Assistant will initially be a part of the Project Management team as the facility is built and will transition to an Office Manager role when the facility is completed. The Administrative Assistant shall have responsibility for providing office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies, monitoring administrative projects, reception and telephone duties. This role--will also provide various levels of administrative support to the different departments within the facility.--responsibilities:

Support the Project Management team with recording minutes, filing, and maintaining organizationAssume receptionist responsibilities, greet public and refer them to appropriate staff members, answer phone, route calls, and take messagesDistribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail including bulk mail
Facilitate special event registration and execution Maintain workflow by studying methods; implementing cost reductions; and developing reporting procedures (uniforms, Grainger)Create and manage systems and procedures, recordkeeping systems, forms control, office layout, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing changesAssist in recruiting process, phone screening, testing and interview scheduling, employee pre/post onboarding processEnsure operation of office equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories, evaluating new equipment and techniquesProvide information by answering questions and requestsMaintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of suppliesComplete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects; expediting work resultsResponsible for managing Lunches, events, meeting calendars, and conference roomsMaintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societiesContribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed--skills/qualifications required:
Associates Degree in a related discipline preferred may substitute two years of experience in a clerical or administrative role and or a combination of experience and educationDemonstrated written and oral communication skills Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a teamTyping skills with at least 50 WPMFamiliarity with Microsoft Office software (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint) Knowledge of general office machines and telephone systemSensitivity to the needs of persons with disabilitiesAbility and willingness to work cooperatively with othersHigh degree of discretion dealing with confidential informationAbility and willingness to work some early mornings, evenings and weekend daysAbility to travel for short business tripsMust work in a safe and efficient manner and follow all safety procedures including the use of safety equipmentMust have the ability to troubleshoot problems and be persistent until a solution is foundMust be willing to ask for assistance when the process is unclearAbility to work all shifts including off shifts--working conditions and physical requirements:
Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment however regular visits and work time performed at facility sites. Ability to work all shifts including off shifts.Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. as needed.Limited exposure to physical risk.food safety requirements:
Notify supervision of any repairs or adjustments that are required that may affect product quality or food safety.
  • Understand, observe, and comply with the handling and usage of the color-coded container policy while in the Production Areas.
  • Perform all duties necessary to meet Company, Customer and/or Government requirements/standards as prioritized by the Company.
  • Ability to initiate action to prevent the occurrence of nonconformities relating to Food Safety and the Quality of the product, processes, quality system, or safety system.
  • Identify and record any problems relating to Food Safety and the Quality of the ingredients, processes, quality system, or safety system.
  • Control further processing or delivery of nonconforming product in terms of Food Safety and Quality issues until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.
