Behavioral Health Receptionist / Front Desk - Outpatient Behavioral Health Provider Entune Behavioral Health is an outpatient behavioral health provider serving communities across Arizona. We offer individual, couples, and family therapy, along with a range of supportive mental health services designed to help clients build resilience, improve well-being, and achieve meaningful life goals. Responsibilities: Greet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or team member Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimal wait times Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility Collect co-pays and fees, ensuring accurate records and adherence to financial policies Maintain and update patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality (HIPAA) Assist patients with inquiries and provide relevant information about services and procedures Prepare and process medical forms and documents Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient operations Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and deliveries Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area Compensation details: 17.5-17.5 Hourly Wage PIa197e80a6c07-25448-37627629
