RideNow Powersports - Goodyear, a subsidiary of RumbleOn, is seeking outgoing, friendly individuals to join our Service Team! If you are a positive, upbeat, and interactive Service Writer with a passion for customer service, this opportunity may be perfect for you!
Responsibilities
+ Schedule appointments for repair, maintenance, recall work
+ Greet customers, inspect their powersports vehicles, and answer questions
+ Document problems with Motorcycles, ATVs, Side-by-Sides, and Personal Watercraft and clearly describe them on the Repair Order
+ Notify the Service Manager of additional work needed or any delays in expected completion as soon as they become known, so the customer can be immediately notified
+ Advise customers on necessary/suggested services and cost
+ Offer additional services and products, including special promotions
+ Review Repair Orders in progress to ensure quality and timeliness
+ Follow the status of a customer's powersports vehicle from service bay entry through the completion of work
+ Communicate any changes in timeline, repairs, or cost to the customer
+ Upon completion of work, review the work order with the customer
+ Maintain current technical qualifications by completing all training programs assigned by the Service Manager
+ Other duties as assigned
Requirements
+ 1+ years of Powersports or Automotive Dealership experience
+ Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills
+ A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
+ Pleasant, energetic, conscientious, and dependable personality
+ Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
+ Valid driver's license and a good driving record
+ Motorcycle Endorsement preferred
+ Must pass a pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen
