Preconstruction Manager – Healthcare Construction Full-Time | Competitive Compensation | Strong Work-Life Balance About the Opportunity: We are representing a well-established and growing construction firm in the Greater Phoenix area seeking a seasoned Preconstruction or Senior Estimator. This is a high-impact position with direct involvement in strategic project planning, budgeting, and client interaction.
