About the Role We’re seeking a skilled Estimator with 5 years of experience in commercial ground-up and TI construction . The ideal candidate will be able to manage bids from initial concept through final pricing, collaborating with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure we produce clear, competitive, and accurate estimates. This is a key role in our preconstruction team and a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative, detail-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for ground-up and tenant improvement projects Review drawings, specifications, and scope documents to develop bid strategies Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals Coordinate with project managers and leadership during preconstruction and handoff Identify and evaluate project risks, opportunities, and value engineering options Maintain historical cost data and market pricing information Help maintain and build strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clients Qualifications 5 years of experience in commercial construction estimating Demonstrated experience with both ground-up and tenant improvement projects Strong knowledge of construction materials, means, and methods Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, BuildingConnected, Excel, or similar) Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal and external teams What We Offer Competitive salary performance-based bonuses Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for career advancement A team culture built on relationships, hard work, and mutual respect Join a Team That Builds More Than Projects If you’re a sharp, driven estimator who values quality work and strong relationships — and you’re looking to grow with a company that treats you like part of the team — we’d love to hear from you.
