As a Maintenance Engineer IV, you will oversee and enhance the operational efficiency and safety of our facilities worldwide, ensuring a seamless experience for guests by maintaining our high standards. Supervise daily engineering and technical aspects of hotel operations, including maintenance of structures, landscapes, and machinery. Coordinate with the management team to plan and execute preventative maintenance and facility improvements. Respond to urgent maintenance calls and prioritize facility safety. Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local regulations concerning health, safety, and environmental policies. Collaborate with various departments to enhance the longevity and efficiency of physical assets. Train and mentor junior engineering staff, facilitating professional and technical development. Expertise in HVAC, electrical systems, and plumbing. Strong leadership and project management skills. Proficiency in Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and documentation. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
