Purpose of Job
The candidate selected for this position will be part of the
Information Sharing team and Operations in the Enterprise. The
candidate will be responsible to establish operations support for
Information Sharing PSL and all the other EIRS policy service lines
and implement best practices to ensure adherence to USAAs
regulatory and Operational requirements.
Engages in the planning, execution, and delivery of programs and
projects intended to accomplish business goals and objectives
within prescribed timeframes and budgets. Develops an expert
understanding of how project activities contribute to the
achievement of strategic business goals and operational objectives.
Collaborates with key stakeholders and project/program teams to
ensure objectives are met.

* Drives implementation of multiple, highly complex
project/program initiatives typically requiring confidentiality and
enterprise-level visibility to achieve strategic business goals and

* Program/Project management experience; Strong knowledge of
Agile framework * Experience leveraging Human Centered Design (HCD)
approaches to understand end user experiences, identify pain

Significant experience collaborating and communicating (written
& verbal) with business partners and executive
stakeholders, with demonstrated ability to influence high-impact
