Rotation Program is a two-year, full-time program to provide
practical experience in a variety of functions within a fast-paced,
consumer packaged goods manufacturing environment. The primary
focus during the Rotation Program will be within Operations, Supply
Chain, and Engineering. Each participant will spend one year in
Goodyear, AZ and another year in Coopersville, MI (initial job site
location is based on current business need). Willingness to
relocate is required for consideration. Participants will complete
three to four rotations during their two-year program, based on
interest and business need. job purpose: The Operations Rotation
Program will provide trainees with four critical operations
experiences over a two-year period in supply chain, engineering,
and operations, to prepare for future operations leadership
positions.skills/qualifications required: Supply Chain,
Engineering, or a relevant bachelor's degree completed no later
than June 2024Cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0, or higherAbility to handle
ambiguity and work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial
environmentPreferred experience as a prior Supply Chain or
Engineering intern or experience working in a manufacturing
environment prior to graduationMust be willing to relocate for
rotations program and post-programPassion for manufacturing,
flexibility and mobility, critical thinking, and leadership
capabilities Desire to lead required, preferred experience with
leading a project at an internship or during degree programworking
conditions and physical requirements:12 hours
sitting/standing/walkingAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Exposure to
hazards machinery, confined spaces, etc.food safety
requirements:Notify supervision of any repairs or adjustments that
are required that may affect product quality or food
safety.Understand, observe, and comply with the handling and usage
of the color-coded container policy while in the Production
Areas.Perform all duties necessary to meet Company, Customer and/or
Government requirements/standards as prioritized by the
Company.Ability to initiate action to prevent the occurrence of
nonconformities relating to Food Safety and the Quality of the
product, processes, quality system, or safety system.Identify and
record any problems relating to Food Safety and the Quality of the
ingredients, processes, quality system, or safety system.Control
further processing or delivery of nonconforming product in terms of
Food Safety and Quality issues until the deficiency or
unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.In the event of
absence, another employee with the same skill level will assume the
duties and responsibilities as required.location: Coopersville, MI
