Role Overview
The Global Risk & Compliance (GRC) group oversees risks to ensure safe and compliant operations. This role focuses on technology risk management within the second line risk management team, reporting to the Director of Technology Risk Oversight. You will assess, report, and collaborate on technology and cybersecurity risks, providing independent oversight to executive management and regulators.
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct independent oversight of technology, cybersecurity, and business disruption risks.
  
• Perform data-driven reviews and exploratory data analysis using tools like SQL, Python, Power BI, and Excel.
  
• Learn and understand risk management processes to effectively challenge and improve them.
  
• Develop risk indicators and performance metrics for real-time insights.
  
• Stay informed of relevant regulations and industry standards.
  
• Support the design of the technology risk oversight program and its integration with other risk management initiatives.
  
  Minimum Qualifications
  
  
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  
• 5+ years of experience in risk management across various lines of defense.
  
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  
• Excellent communication skills.
  
• Willingness to challenge traditional thinking constructively.
  
  Preferred Qualifications
  
  
• Background in Computer Science or Information Systems.
  
• Experience with data mining tools and technologies (SQL, Python, Power BI, Excel, R).
  
• Knowledge of risk management frameworks and standards (e.g., COSO, ISO 27001, NIST).
  
• Industry certifications such as CISM, CISA, CRISC.
  
• Understanding of relevant policies and regulations (e.g., OCC, FFIEC).
  
• Experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance tools (e.g., Archer).
  
  Compensation & Benefits
  Salary Range: $110,000 - $190,000 annually plus bonus and benefits. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement matching, paid parental leave, wellness programs, and flexible work arrangements.
