Position Description:

• Current, unrestricted license as an Optometrist in ArizonaCurrent DEA registration and a valid CPR card
• A minimum of 3?5 years of experience, with corrections experience preferred
• Must possess strong written communication and verbal skills; and have computer expertise
• Collaborate with state on assisting persons with eye disabilities
• Will work on a team of site based optometrists at 9 AZ facilities
• Provide quality patient care
• Leading, directing, managing, and evaluating optometry services to ensure that contractual obligations and client expectations are met
