Job SummaryTenet-AZ Region is seeking a skilled Operating Room Nurse to join our team in Goodyear, Arizona.Responsibilities

Assist physicians with advanced tasks or equipment during surgical procedures.
Apply good interpersonal and communication skills to achieve organizational service goals of customer satisfaction and a positive work environment.
Conduct thorough assessments of patients and review patient charts, diagnostics, and labs.
Formulate and initiate plans of care based on patient-specific needs and medical plans of care.
Prepare for surgical procedures by ensuring all necessary supplies and instruments are available and the room is set up appropriately.Requirements
- Current, valid RN license in the state of practice.
- BLS certification.
- ACLS certification.
- One year of operating room experience in the acute care setting.Benefits
