As a key member of our healthcare team, you'll provide high-quality patient care, coordinate care planning with other disciplines, and act as a supervisor to ensure seamless delivery of patient services.Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, age-specific, and direct bedside nursing care based on the nursing process and patient needs.
• Coordinate care planning with other disciplines to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Act as a supervisor, assessing, planning, delegating, and utilizing independent judgment in directing other healthcare employees for the provision of patient care.
• Systematically evaluate the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice to identify patient goals.
• Participate in hourly rounding and observe safety guidelines and safe work practices.Requirements
  • License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona.
  • CPR and ACLS certifications as applicable by Facility/by Department.
  • Minimum of two years of current Level III NICU experience including neonatal ventilator.
