The RN Charge MS Ortho Trauma is responsible for providing direct clinical patient care, supervising staff, and managing resources effectively to ensure high-quality nursing care. This role entails assessing, planning, and implementing care for assigned patients, while supporting the Chief Nursing Officer in maintaining safety and competency among clinical staff. The position requires strong leadership and clinical skills to foster a safe and efficient healthcare environment.
This role provides direct clinical patient care. The role will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level. The role is responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated.
