REQUIRED:
AZ State Board of Pharmacy License and National Pharmacy Technician
Certification - REQUIRED
Minimum 24 months of current Acute Pharmacy Technician experience -
REQUIRED
Sterile compounding with sterile hazardous compounding experience -
REQUIRED
Flu vaccination
Travel experience - Preferred
Driver's License
State License Requirements
