What You'll Do:--- Deliver compassionate inpatient pediatric and newborn care--- Provide care at Banner Thunderbird Medical Center and rotate through Banner Del Webb, Banner Estrella, and Banner University Medical Center--- Work predictable 12-hour day shifts (7 AM-7 PM) with only 182 shifts per year.--- Minimal night coverage on a shared rotation-ensuring your nights and downtime are protected
