Physical Therapist Phoenix AZ Urgently Hiring We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our practice full time in Phoenix AZ. Ideally the incoming Physical Therapist has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, is willing to work in a collaborative environment and coordinate with other healthcare professionals and has strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. We are inspirational, results-oriented, disciplined, accountable, transparent, and aligned. Responsibilities: Perform initial patient examination and continuing functional evaluations. Evaluate patients' physical condition and needs, developing a tailored rehabilitation program based on their unique challenges. Supervise up to 2 PTA’s and 1 PTT. Ensure excellent and compliant department documentation Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including doctors, nurse practitioners, massage therapists, and other specialists, to ensure integrated care. Participate in team meetings and collaborate on patient case management. Effectively and continually educate patients about the need for, and progress through, their care plans Provide hands-on therapy, including exercises, stretches, manual therapy, and therapeutic modalities. Educate patients on exercises they can do at home for faster recovery and long-term health benefits. Requirements: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Active Arizona Physical Therapy license 1 year experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a multidisciplinary or clinical setting, especially in the context of workers' compensation or trauma cases is preferred Schedule: Monday to Friday Salary: $90k - $105k per year Benefits: Opportunities for professional development and continuing education.
