Connecting. Growing together. Primary Responsibilities: * Perform
sterile compounding according to company policy and regulations
including USP 797 and USP 800 * Maintain competency related to
performing sterile compounding * Participate in medication
management for pharmacy compounding, including medication and
supply ordering, receiving, and maintenance * Troubleshoot
equipment, hardware, and software issues relating to compounding *
Participate in completing and documenting all cleaning and
monitoring activities identified for areas related to sterile
compounding including daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning
requirements * Work within a team to triage and respond to all
compounding needs promptly * Maintain ongoing didactic and
practical training related to sterile compounding You'll be

you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: * Active and
unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Arizona *
Ability to work a flexible schedule (8-hour shifts between 7am-7pm
weekdays with rotating weekends) * Ability to work onsite at 23620
N 20th Dr Suite 12 Phoenix, AZ 85085 until October 2025 with the
ability to work onsite at 485 N Juniper Drive Suite 2 Chandler,
Arizona 85226 thereafter Preferred Qualifications: * Certified
Compounded Sterile Preparations Technician (CSPT) certification *
Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) certification * 1
years of consistent sterile compounding experience * Ability to
work independently to solve high-stakes problems Physical
Requirements: * Ability to stand for up to 8 hours with
intermittent breaks * Ability to lift to 30 pounds * Ability to
climb stairs and ladders The salary range for this role is $ 16.88
to $ 33.22 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on
several factors including but not limited to local labor markets,
education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group
