Vascular Anesthesia Locums Job in Arizona Monday - Friday Call
Beginning December 25 - Ongoing Assignment Coverage Details: Two
providers needed Monday-Thursday for block times One vascular
provider needed on Friday Hospital coverage, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM,
Monday-Friday Call Schedule: Weekdays 5:00 PM - 7:00 AM
(Monday-Friday) Weekends: 24-hour call on Saturday and Sunday Call
Type: Beeper call with activation, unrestricted from 5:00 PM - 7:00
AM Locum must respond to in-house codes Shift Details: Average
hospital patients per physician per day: 5 admissions, 1 inpatient,
1 ICU Requirements: Must be board certified Active Arizona license
