The Servant Group is hiring compassionate nurses to provide direct care in our nursing-supported group homes for individuals with disabilities. This role is ideal for nurses who want to practice nursing with purpose, consistency, and realistic expectations—without the chaos of hospital or SNF environments. Quick Details (Because Your Time Matters) - Position: Nurse (RN or LPN – Direct Care) - Locations: Prescott & Prescott Valley - Shifts Available: Overnight - Schedule Options: Full-time, Part-time, PRN - Setting: Small nursing-supported group homes (4 patients) - Acuity: Low to moderate - Work Environment: Stable routines, consistent residents, non violent - On-Call: As assigned per policy (no constant on-call expectations) About the Role: RN and LPN roles function in the same direct-care nursing capacity within our group homes, in accordance with Arizona scope of practice and organizational policy. You will provide hands-on nursing care in a residential setting where quality of care, safety, and dignity are the priority—not patient volume.
