Currently, we are primarily servicing the pediatric population between the ages of 3 and 17 years old. However, with continued growth, we are looking to expand our services to treat patients throughout the lifespan. Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team, with the additional option to provide supervision of SLPAs. The chosen candidate will work in a home health setting primarily with pediatric patients, providing personalized and effective speech therapy services. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments of pediatric patients' speech therapy needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific goals Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care Provide ongoing evaluation and modify treatment plans as needed Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Provide supervision of Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (if desired) Qualifications: Active Arizona State Speech-Language Pathologist License Current CPR certification Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Experience working with pediatric patients is preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Article 9 Certification Benefits: 401(k) with 3% match PTO Reimbursement for required documents* (i.e. AZ licensure, Article 9, Fingerprint Clearance Card, CPR) Annual $250 reimbursement for CEUs* Annual $100 reimbursement for equipment/toys* Competitive compensation package Flexible work schedule Supportive and inclusive work environment Refer a therapist to our company and earn a $500 bonus once they reach 90 days of employment *Eligible for reimbursement 90 days after employment Places You’ll Go Therapy is an equal opportunity employer.
