Job Description Job Description Description: Schedule: Monday–Friday, Between 7:00 AM–5:00 PM (No weekends) Location: 6909 W Ray Road Summary: As a Direct Support Personnel, you’ll support adults in a day treatment program by helping with daily living needs, ensuring safety, and assisting with transportation and activities. You’ll follow individualized care plans, keep accurate documentation, and maintain a clean, respectful environment. Drive members to appointments and activities. (training provided) Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment. Follow care plans and accurately document daily progress. Support residents emotionally and physically. Attend required training and keep certifications current. Class 1 fingerprint clearance card. Able to pass background checks and obtain required certifications. Reliable transportation and flexible to cover shifts as needed.High School or Equivalent Flexible hours to work times as well as work locations to assist with staff coverage if needed
