Gifted Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and skilled Per Diem Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (PRN Rehab RN) for our healthcare facility in Scottsdale, Arizona. As a PRN Rehab RN, you will work with a team of expert clinicians dedicated to delivering outstanding patient care and outcomes. Assess patient condition and plan and implement nursing care plans Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to optimize patient recovery Educate patients and their families on disease processes, post-discharge care, and preventative measures Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality Strong clinical skills with a focus on rehabilitative care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Valid RN license BLS certification ACLS preferred
