This permanent position involves delivering exceptional physical therapy services to patients, caregivers, and facilities in adherence to professional standards. You'll develop personalized treatment plans, oversee support staff, manage cases effectively, and build strong relationships with clients and facilities. Key Responsibilities: Provide top-tier physical therapy services aligned with professional standards. Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and aides to ensure quality care. Maintain accurate documentation of treatment goals, progress, and medical necessity. Comply with state-specific Practice Acts and regulations governing physical therapy. Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients, staff, and facilities. Required Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited physical therapy education program. Active state licensure/registration, as applicable.
