The Opportunity Ob Hospitalist Group (OBHG) is seeking an experienced, motivated physician leader to serve as the Site Director at Evergreen Health Medical Center. This position blends clinical excellence with leadership responsibility, offering the chance to guide a high-performing hospitalist team while maintaining a balanced schedule. The Site Director reports to the Medical Director of Operations (MDO) and partners closely with hospital leadership to ensure strong clinical outcomes, operational performance, and positive provider engagement. Key Responsibilities • Work five or more hospitalist shifts per month • Lead, mentor, and support the OBHG hospitalist team • Collaborate with OBHG leadership and hospital partners to achieve program goals • Travel as needed for hospital meetings and operational priorities • Promote evidence-based, patient-centered care Our Site Director package includes: • Competitive compensation with additional Site Director leadership stipends • $50,000 sign-on bonus (for 5 shifts/month as SD) • Flexible scheduling (minimum 5 shifts/month) • Medical, dental, vision & Rx benefits • 401(k) employer match • CME allowance • Professional liability insurance with tail coverage • Leadership training, mentorship, and advancement opportunities Hospital Information Evergreen Health Medical Center is a 318-bed acute care facility serving the Kirkland community since 1972.
