Certified Surgical Technologist Location: Prescott, AZ Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,702 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 5/11/2026 About the Position Job Title: CVOR Tech Profession: Surgical Tech Specialty: Cardiovascular Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Monday through Friday Hours per Shift: 0600-1430 Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in open heart procedures License: Not required Certifications: BLS Certification required Must-Have: 1 year of open heart experience Description: This position is for a CVOR Tech, primarily working in a cardiovascular operating room. The facility has six operating rooms and one hybrid room. Expect 20-30 cases per day, including 1-2 cardiac valve surgeries and up to 4 TAVR. Required certifications include BLS for techs. Common surgical procedures performed include CABG, aortic valve replacements, mitral valve repairs, and TAVR. Scrubbing is required for this role. There is a charge nurse and specialty leads available for support. A house supervisor is on-site from 6 PM to 7 AM. On-call responsibilities may entail up to 50% of the time from the end of the shift to the next morning. On-call may also extend to weekends, with a 30-minute response time required. The hospital provides scrubs for its staff. Electronic medical record documentation will be conducted via Cerner.
