Description LMFT LICENSE REQUIRED Neighborhood Outreach Access
to Health (NOAH) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that

Behavioral Health Supervisor will assure the quality of services
provided to the behavioral health patients, provide leadership to
the behavioral health unit, and recommend and implement changes
that improve delivery of services. The Supervisor will also provide
direct behavioral health services as determined by the Behavioral
Health Director. Supervisory Responsibilities: Participates in
interviews, selection, hiring, and onboarding of behavioral health
staff. Provides training, advice, and direction for behavioral
health staff. Delivers regular performance feedback and
constructive performance evaluations; follows established
disciplinary and termination procedures as needed. Provides direct
clinical oversight and supervision of associate licensed counselors
and/or behavioral health technicians Ensures staff adhere to and
follow all organizational policies, safety standards, and
healthcare regulations. Duties/Responsibilities: Provides direct
clinical services including, but not limited to, family centered
outpatient clinical services, interventions as determined by
treatment plans, family and patient assessment and counseling, and
develops, implements, and tracks progress of treatment plans.
Advocates on behalf of families as needed. Maintains updated
knowledge of and utilizes community resources. Initiates discharge
planning. Reviews and audits patient charts to assess quality and
adherence to clinical practice guidelines. Facilitate development
of behavioral/mental health clinical protocols, treatment
approaches and therapeutic techniques. Attends, participates,
and/or assists in meetings, trainings, community outreach
activities, continuing education opportunities, and other
activities as required. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications Required Skills/Knowledge/Abilities: Excellent
verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact
with individuals of various social, cultural, and educational
backgrounds. Familiarity with community support systems, health
care and human service resources, court and police procedures, etc.
Good organizational skills and administrative abilities. Excellent
management and supervisory skills. Ability to adhere to the
professional code of ethics. Knowledge of and ability to comply
with the State Mental Health Code. Excellent problem-solving and
critical thinking skills. Detail-oriented and professional. Ability
to exercise confidentiality, discretion, and good judgment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience: Required: Master’s degree in a behavioral
health field. Active Arizona mental health license (LCSW, LPC, or
LMFT). License must be in good standing with Arizona Board of
Behavioral Health Examiners 4 years of experience in providing
direct behavioral health services. Active BLS certification
Preferred: 1 years of supervisory experience. Other Requirements:
New Hires are required to pass pre-employment background check and
drug testing (effective 11/1/2022). Current Level 1 Fingerprint
Clearance Card or must pass fingerprint clearance within 7 days
following hire.
