Certified Surgical Technologist Location: Prescott, AZ Agency: United Health Care Staffing Pay: $1,200 to $1,300 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Surgical Tech – CVOR | Prescott, AZ | Contract We are seeking a skilled and experienced Surgical Technologist (CVOR) to join a high-performing cardiovascular operating room team in Prescott, AZ. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced surgical environment supporting complex cardiac procedures. Position Details Job Title: Surgical Tech (CVOR) Location: Prescott, AZ 86301 Shift: Monday – Friday, 06:00 AM – 02:30 PM Pay: $1200 – $1300 Gross Weekly Call Requirement: High call volume (up to 50%) with 30-minute response time Unit Overview 6 Operating Rooms (including 1 CVOR) 1 Hybrid Room 20–30 cases per day (including 1–2 CV or up to 4 TAVR procedures) EMR: Cerner Dedicated charge nurse and specialty leads available for support Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain sterile field for surgical procedures Scrub and assist in cardiovascular surgeries Handle surgical instruments and supplies efficiently Anticipate surgeon needs during procedures Ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols Collaborate with surgeons, RNs, and surgical team members Common Procedures CABG (Coronary Artery Bypass Graft) Aortic & Mitral Valve surgeries TAVR (Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement) Requirements Minimum 1 year of recent CVOR / Open Heart experience (required) BLS Certification (required) Strong knowledge of cardiovascular surgical procedures Ability to work in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment Additional Information Call: Up to 50% weekdays and weekends Weekend Requirement: On-call rotation Scrubs: Provided by facility Supportive team environment with specialty resources available ?
