Job Description:
Marriott International invites you to bring your culinary
passion and join our dedicated kitchen team as a Broiler Cook at
our vibrant hotel. In this role, you will be pivotal in upholding
our commitment to excellence by expertly cooking meats, vegetables,
and other hot food products as well as preparing and portioning
food products prior to cooking. With Marriott's rich heritage and
commitment to quality, you will be part of a global team that

and mindfulness. Prepare all served food items, following
established procedures and recipes. Operate broilers, ovens,
grills, fryers and a variety of other kitchen equipment using best
practices. Ensure proper food temperatures when cooking and proper
portion controls. Follow sanitation guidelines as prescribed by the
health department. Regularly check the inventory and communicate
needs to the kitchen manager. Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff
to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction. Maintain a clean
and safe cooking environment at all times. Skilled in operating
broiling and cooking equipment. Strong understanding of various
cooking methodologies, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
Excellent time management abilities. Ability to multitask in a
dynamic, high-pressure environment. Knowledge of best practices for
safety and sanitation in the kitchen. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Food Handler's
Certificate required. Culinary school diploma or equivalent
culinary certification preferred.
