our Food & Beverage Operations team, you will help ensure that each
meal shines by delivering culinary creations swiftly and
professionally while maintaining Marriott's high standards of
quality and service. This position offers the opportunity to work
in a dynamic, fast-paced environment during our peak season,
perfect for those interested in gaining extensive experience in
hospitality and operations. Deliver food from kitchen to the table
accurately and quickly. Assist with the setup and clearing of
tables. Work closely with kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth
operation and guest satisfaction. Communicate effectively with
kitchen staff about order priorities and timing. Ensure all dishes
are served at the correct temperature and presentation. Maintain
cleanliness and order in service areas at all times. Provide quick
and courteous service to guests while managing multiple tasks.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work
swiftly and efficiently under pressure. Basic knowledge of food
safety and hygiene. Physical ability to carry trays and stand for
extended periods. Attention to detail and the ability to follow
through with tasks. Food Handler's Certification is beneficial.
