Job Description Job Description We are looking for an
experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. In
this role, you will focus on managing recruiting activities for
corporate positions across various departments, including Finance,
HR, Legal, and IT. This is a long-term contract opportunity ideal
for professionals with a background in full-cycle recruiting who
thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Manage
full-cycle recruiting processes for corporate roles, ensuring
timely and efficient hiring. • Source and screen candidates using
tools such as CareerBuilder, CRM platforms, and Applicant Tracking
Systems. • Collaborate with department leaders to understand hiring
needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. • Coordinate
background checks and ensure compliance with hiring policies. •
Maintain and update records within recruitment systems to track
candidate progress. • Handle a workload of approximately 16
requisitions at a time, meeting tight deadlines and filling roles
within 30 days. • Build strong relationships with candidates and
hiring managers to ensure a positive recruiting experience. •
Identify and attract top talent through proactive sourcing
strategies, including military recruiting and other specialized
techniques. • Provide insights on market trends and candidate
availability to support strategic hiring decisions.• Proven
experience in corporate recruiting across departments such as
Finance, HR, Legal, and IT. • Familiarity with applicant tracking
systems and CRM tools to streamline recruitment workflows. • Strong
skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and background checking. •
Ability to manage a high volume of requisitions with precision and
efficiency. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to
engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders. • Knowledge of
full-cycle recruiting processes, including talent acquisition
strategies. • Experience with specialized recruiting methods, such
as military recruiting, is a plus. • Detail-oriented and organized,
with the ability to meet tight hiring deadlines.
