Operations Analyst Type: 6 Month Contract-to-Hire Work Setting: Hybrid (1-2 Days per Week Onsite) Location: Mesa, AZ 85201 Compensation: $21.96 - $25.96 / hour CornerStone Staffing is proud to partner with a growing client in the Mesa area that is seeking top talent to join their expanding operations team. We’re helping our client bring on an Operations Analyst they need to support real-time coordination with field technicians and prepare critical documentation used in legal processes. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in structured environments, excel at multitasking, and value precision. What You’ll Do: Make 10–15 validation calls daily with field technicians (approx. 30 minutes per call). Review LiDAR-based speed data and compile formal documentation for legal affidavits. Maintain the utmost accuracy in all documentation used in legal traffic enforcement cases. Work within internal systems and complete pre-populated forms with precision. Support remote operations by coordinating with leadership and field technicians. Retrieve required records (e.g., logs or certifications) for legal or public records requests. Recommend improvements to processes and help identify operational efficiencies. Who You Are: Exceptionally detail-oriented and focused on accuracy. Comfortable spending much of your day on the phone. Dependable, consistent, and able to meet time-sensitive deadlines. Capable of working independently and prioritizing with minimal direction. Quick to learn new tools and open to structured on-the-job training. Tools You’ll Use: Microsoft Teams Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook Internal portals and document tools Remote camera access and validation platforms Nice-to-Haves: Familiarity with scripting or automation tools (Python, PowerShell, Visual Basic) Experience with Lean Six Sigma, Agile/Scrum, or PMP frameworks Background in law, real estate, compliance, or other detail-critical environments Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of experience in a process-driven, detail-oriented, or operations-heavy role (e.g., legal support, administrative coordination, compliance, or technical documentation) Demonstrated success in highly regulated or documentation-intensive environments Kindly no C2C for this opportunity.
