Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare legal arguments. Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel, ensuring the best possible outcome for our clients. Represent clients in court, presenting evidence and arguments in a clear, compelling manner. Develop case strategies based on the facts of the case and the client’s goals. Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed about case progress and addressing their questions and concerns. Collaborate with legal team members to ensure seamless case management. Stay updated on developments in personal injury law, using this knowledge to the benefit of our clients. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active member of the State Bar in good standing. Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Personal Injury Attorney. Proven experience in trial practice, negotiation, case management, legal writing, legal research, and document drafting. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to absorb complex legal and factual information, and translate it into clear, persuasive, and understandable written and verbal communication. Strong negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving favorable settlements for clients. Exceptional case management skills, with the ability to handle a high caseload while maintaining high-quality work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to maintaining high levels of confidentiality, professionalism, and ethics. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and maintain strong relationships.
