Job Description:
Our client, a leader in aerospace and advanced manufacturing ,
is seeking a Sr. Strategic Sourcing Specialist to join their team.
As a Sr. Strategic Sourcing Specialist, you will be part of the
Procurement & Supply Chain Department supporting Strategic Sourcing
and Cross-Functional Business Teams . The ideal candidate will have
strong analytical skills , excellent negotiation abilities , and
collaborative communication skills , which will align successfully
in the organization. Job Title: Sr. Strategic Sourcing Specialist
Contract: Short-term Project (estimate 8 - 10 weeks) Location:
Phoenix, AZ Pay Range: $45 – $55/hour What’s the Job? Lead
end-to-end sourcing and procurement initiatives across assigned
categories Develop and execute sourcing strategies to optimize
cost, quality, and delivery Analyze market trends and supplier
performance to identify savings and mitigate risk Negotiate
pricing, contracts, and supplier agreements Collaborate with
Engineering, Operations, and Finance to align sourcing strategies
What’s Needed? Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management,
Business, or a related field 4–6 years of experience in strategic
sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management Proven experience
managing complex negotiations and supplier relationships Strong
analytical, communication, and project management skills
Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement tools What’s in it for
