Purpose of Job We are currently seeking a talented Compliance
Risk Manager Lead (Program Management) for one of the following
locations: Remote, Plano Legacy, Tampa Crosstown, Phoenix Campus or
San Antonio Home Office I.
Provides second-line independent oversight and guidance
regarding business products, services, and processes through a
compliance framework to ensure they are executed in accordance with
regulatory requirements. In partnership with the business and key
stakeholders, continuously drives a strong culture of compliance
and demonstrates integrity and professional judgment in protecting
the interests of USAA and its members.
Lead elements of critical Bank Compliance programs which may
include Issue Management, Compliance Risk Assessments, Risk &
Control Self Assessments (RCSA) and the Annual Compliance Plan
(ACP) and/or other compliance program elements as needed for the
bank. Function as a subject matter expert (SME) for these programs
and their policies, standards and procedures. Provide ongoing
support and direction to Bank Compliance Risk Managers and peers
across Bank Compliance. Update, job aids, templates, training and

experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu
of a degree
8 or more years of risk, compliance, or audit experience
Demonstrated experience working in a highly regulated
Expert knowledge of relevant industry regulations and regulatory
compliance in a specific area.
Advanced knowledge of compliance laws, regulations and
Demonstrated ability to apply advanced knowledge of regulatory
compliance to consult and provide insight and guidance.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels of
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools to include Word,
Excel and PowerPoint.

Extensive experience and knowledge of compliance risk
8+ years of bank compliance experience
Knowledge of MetricStream and/or other Governance, Risk, and
Compliance (GRC) tools
