Responsibilities:
- Responsible for order creation and resolving rejections, if
applicable
- Responsible for identifying opportunities -and making outbound
calls to patients and prescribers to drive generic/biosimilar
conversion opportunities
- Responsible for appropriate communication and the ability to
take directions from the Pharmacist on duty
- Responsible for assisting patients with copay card assistance
enrollment
- Responsible for transferring patients to pharmacist on duty to
answer any clinical related questions
- Consult with patients and coordinate delivery of specialty
drugs, as needed
- Applies knowledge/skills to a range of moderately complex
activities
- Proactively identifies solutions to non-standard requests
- Works with team to solve complex problems
- Plans, prioritizes, organizes, and completes work to meet
established objectives

- High School Diploma/GED or 5+ years of pharmacy experience in
lieu of a Diploma/GED
- 2+ years of customer service experience -
- Intermediate-level or higher proficiency with Microsoft Office
Suite - (Excel, Word, Teams, etc.)
- Ability to work flexible hours between the hours of 7:00 AM -
5:00 PM Arizona standard time, Monday - Friday. (All U.S. time
zones may be considered for this opportunity but this team operates
in Arizona business hours and candidate must be open to working a
schedule during these hours) - -Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in pharmacy, medical office, or healthcareSoft
Skills: -
- Work in a small team setting with effective communication
- Adapt to a changing work environment, including -prioritizing
-multiple projects at once
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and providers
via telephone
- Interact with other teams to ensure quick and seamless patient
care, as needed
- Advise and support the patient with their medication and
financial assistance needs
- Enter notes into appropriate pharmacy system or other systems
to document interactions

situations and ensure the patient experience is exceptionalTo

$16.00 to $26.88. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada
residents is $16.83 -to $29.66. Pay is based on several factors
