experts that will be responsible for keeping the Sleevermatic and
Variopac equipment running efficiently and dedicated to continuous
improvement of the equipment including OEE increases and change
over performance.Qualifications/Characteristics:
Deep understanding of the product
flow Ability to understand and navigate the HMI at a high level Can
explain the bottle conveyor flow using the HMI or on the floor with
the equipment High technical and 25% of mechanical aptitudesOpen to
schedule and willing to take calls and assist at all hours
including night shift. Driven to learn and improve operations and
efficiencies. Someone who is willing to stay in packaging long
term. Excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to work with other
individuals and contribute to team success. Ability to troubleshoot
90% + of technical issues, create new recipes, develop SOPs,
training material, schedule training, PM guidelines and PM
schedule. The appropriate candidate should have experience running
the equipment as an operator and show proficiency in the daily
operation of all packaging equipment. Create and audit equipment
CIL and CLs as daily basis.Create and participate on equipment
failure RCA.Strong participation on krones embedded tech program to
increase the machine performance. Ability to communicate
effectively. Implement visual standards and check list at machines.
Participate in CI projects and track milestones. 5+ years of
experience in manufacturing environment -responsibilities:
LOTO and risk assessmentWork with
trainers to develop operators to next level.Identify and
communicate material defects. Follow quality issues to completion.
Own and update all equipment documentation and procedures (CL,
CILs, recipes)Write equipment specific operator PMs procedures,
track completions, update procedures and frequencies as necessary.
Track the life cycle of equipment specific parts and track
inventory and order parts as needed. Navigate and adjust HMI
settings as needed. Communicate cross-functionality with operators,
leadership, engineering , CI - Vendors and krones Primary
troubleshooting resource for equipment - participate in
RCAs.Disassemble, repair, and reassemble equipment components.
Prioritize, schedule, and communicate any projects and maintenance
of the equipment to leadership and affected departments. Leads
rebuilds and maintenance initiatives. Track, create and modify
product recipe as needed. - Supports equipment specific trials.
Gather, analyze, and communicate equipment specific data.Active
participation on packaging DDS meeting and work on daily equipment
breakdown and stops improvements. Update the Krones equipment
troubleshooting guide daily. Develop safety and quality projects
-skills/qualifications required:To perform this job successfully,

machine interface) devices and understand process trending and SPC

Aseptic Bottle Filler Operator stands throughout their shift. The
Filler Operator walks on uneven concrete and tile surfaces. The
Filler Operator lifts up to 60 pounds on a frequent basis and 80
pounds on occasional basis. Two or more employees complete lifts of
greater than 80 pounds.Pushing/Pulling/Bending/Stooping: -The
Filler Operator pushes/pulls/pours boxes of caps stacking collapsed
boxes on a pallet or recycle container. The Filler Operator
pushes/pulls while using brooms, dust mops and brushes during
cleanup duties. - The Filler Operator bends and stoops occasionally
throughout the workday for varying lengths of
time.Squatting/Kneeling/Crawling/Twisting/Turning: -The Filler
Operator may squat to pick up product from the floor, or during
various cleanup duties. Occasional slight twisting and turning at
the waist when testing product, or when performing
responsibilities. -Climbing/Balancing/Reaching: -Filler Operator
steps on and off the filling platform and steps. The Filler
Operator reaches below and/or above shoulder level when removing or
adding boxes to a pallet or dumping caps into a
hopper.Grasping/Manipulation: -Frequent use of the hands and
fingers is required. -WORK ENVIRONMENT:The work environment
