Job Summary:Franklin Pierce University's College of Graduate and Professional Studies is looking for a full-time, non-exempt Program Coordinator II to assist the team in our Doctor of Physical Therapy Program in Goodyear, AZ.Franklin Pierce University's College of Graduate and Professional Studies is looking for a Program Coordinator II for our Goodyear, AZ Campus. Reporting to the Academic Program Director, this position supports the faculty and staff for the Doctor of Physical Therapy Program.Responsible for performing administrative and office management activities, this position also includes duties (but is not limited to): coordinating the admissions process as well as data collection and analysis related to accreditation activities, assisting the planning of special events for the program, and maintaining Excel and Access databases.Experience and Qualifications:For success in this role:

• Previous office and/or administrative experience.
• Strong communication skills - both verbal and written.
• Experience with Excel or Access databases is required.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.
• A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred, but a combination of education and experience is acceptable.
• Experience in managing office functions and organizing and maintaining complex filing and records systems is desired.
• Experience with computerized information systems is preferred.
• The ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as work independently.
