The Central Operation Associate coordinates the delivery of customer orders between Amazon drivers, third-party companies, and Amazon Operators.

Coordinate rescue support between two driversInterpret information from different sources to determine best course of action to drive delivery successCommunicate with delivery partners ensuring on-time deliveryCoordinate with Amazon Station Operators to ensure customer orders dispatch timely and accuratelySolve for planned and unplanned events (traffic, weather, sporting, community) leading to anomalies outside normal dispatch operationsIdentifies exceptions and escalates to managementCompletes intra-window reports using standard tools/processCandidates must be flexible to work weekends and/or eveningsAll work is executed on a computer through Amazon proprietary software and Microsoft OfficeCommunicate via phone/chat/email with various Amazon stakeholders to answer real time questions to remove barriersJob RequirementsStrong Computer SkillsStrong writing SkillsExperience communicating with diverse audiencesAbility to learn quickly in a fast-paced environmentCandidates must be flexible to work weekends and/or eveningsBasic QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalentMust be at least 18 years oldPreferred Qualifications
