Qualified applicants will need an understanding of office technology and office software, as well as the ability to assist with emergency situations.The responsibilities of a Logistics Site Supervisor may vary from day to day. The following list contains, but is not limited to, common responsibilities for daily operations:Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Word Document,Monitoring access control and challenging those without proper identification.Maintaining the visitor management system, checking visitors, guest.Issuing badges and access cards and maintaining secure logs.Monitoring a CCTV system.Handing incoming calls, emails.Lobby detail, ensuring egress corridors are accessible.Checked-In authorized personal onsite.Provides on-site leadership for the security personnel assigned to the facility.Acts as the principle contact for client management at the facility.The supervision, training, scheduling and development of officers assigned to distribution center(s)Achieving performance metrics established by the client for the security functions performed by Metro One officers.The performance of all Metro One internal programs, policies and reportingAchieving performance metrics established by Metro One for expense control, workforce quality, staffing, scheduling and report filing.Establishing productive, collaborative relationships with client site management and Metro One managementMaintaining communication protocols that provide a productive client relationshipConsistently delivering a service that exceeds client expectationsThe performance of initiatives, emergency response and other tasks required by Metro One management.-Must have a valid AZ guard card.-Must have security management experience in logistics.-Must have a flexible schedule.-Must live close to Goodyear, AZ.-Must be able to manage 12+ guards.-Must have strong leadership skills.-Must be able to work OT if necessary.-Must have excellent communition skills.INDRP
