Job DescriptionUtility Trailer is looking for Territory Sales
Representatives. This is a hybrid inside/outside sales position
with new and existing clients. We offer competitive pay, benefits,
and a great company culture.The primary function of this position
is trailer service department sales and includes the following
functions: Cultivate and respond to Customer's need for repairs.
Provide timely and accurate quotations for repair. Insure deadlines
are met through proper scheduling, and pre ordering material.
Insure quality inspection of work before releasing. Insure all time
is charged out. Supervise specific functions of service department
operating within budget expectations according to Company policies
and procedures. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the
following. Other duties may be assigned.Coordinate and execute
sales calls on existing customer base and on prospective customers
for the purpose of obtaining service or repair work.Prepare
estimates for new and existing customers as necessary.Maintain
customer relationships and accommodate customers' needs.Insure
opening of all R/O's in a timely manner, with all information
listed, signed, and logged. Follow company procedures regarding
insurance repairs, credit holds, warranties, and cash
repairs.Receive P. O. number from customer or fill out IPRO as
required.When required, maintain proper review and closing
procedures for cash repair orders and insure that all money is
collected by the cashier.Keep customers updated verbally with
progress of job lasting 1 week or longer at 50% of
completion.Insure that all Company safety policies and procedures
are adhered to within the Service Department.Keep unauthorized
personnel from loitering in the work area or service offices in
accordance with Company policy.Coordinate parts availability with
Parts Department for timely completion of jobs. Initiate written
parts requisition on special order parts (or out of stock parts)
and follow up as needed.Communicate any problems or customer
complaints in writing to the supervisor if unable to handle in 24
hours.Keep Service Manager informed of any employee problems.Adhere
to Utility and other manufacturers' warranty limits, policies, and
procedures.Insure a clean service shop and service office working
environment in accordance with Company policies.Respond to incoming
calls and pages promptly.Insure all flammables are stored properly
and at a safe distance from any sparks or open flames.Submit for
approval any Service Department expense request over
$100.00.Perform all other duties as assigned.Standards All work
will be orchestrated and documented.Orchestration means that all
work will be performed in a routine, coordinated manner so as to
continuously duplicate desired results.Documentation means that all
work processes will be recorded.All work will be performed in
accordance with all government laws, regulation, ordinances, and
court rulings in those jurisdictions in which the Company
operates.Always be well groomed and neat.Conduct himself/herself in
a professional and ethical manner.Adhere to Company policies and
procedures.Maintain harmonious relationships with all inter company
department personnel, customers, and vendors. SUPERVISORY
RESPONSIBILITIES Carries out supervisory responsibilities in
accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities include assisting in interviewing and hiring;
planning, assigning, and directing work; addressing complaints and
resolving problems. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job

EXPERIENCE Two to four years related experience and/or training; or
equivalent combination of education and experience LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business

correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively
present information and respond to questions from groups of
managers, clients, customers, and the general public.MATHEMATICAL
SKILLS Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts,
interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area,
circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic
algebra and geometry.REASONING ABILITY Ability to solve practical
problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in
situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to
interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral,
diagram, or schedule form.PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands
