Service Technician provides exceptional technical expertise while
educating customers about their comfort systems. You'll help
homeowners understand their options and make informed decisions
about their heating and cooling needs while providing top-tier
service in their homes. Key Sub Tasks · Service, repair, and/or
recommend replacement options for all types of heating and cooling
systems · Perform thorough system inspections to prevent future
issues · Troubleshoot, adapt, and resolve/repair all issues to keep
equipment functioning properly · Build trust through technical
expertise and excellent customer communication · Maintain strong
relationships with customers through quality service and education
· Collaborate effectively with dispatch, management, parts, and
