SPECIALTY: OBSTETRICS & GYNECOLOGY (Updated) LOCATION: ARIZONA JOB TYPE: LOCUMS JOB NUMBER: 48335 Bid due: 2/28/25 DESCRIPTION:

• Family birthing center: all triage, LDRP and gyn patients (ED and inpatient)
• Approximate Annual deliveries 950.
• Averaging daily deliveries: 2.6
• Physician suite in department for Inhouse use.
• Admitting 63 antepartum patients last year.
• Triage: 6 pts/day.
• Average Daily 2 admitted, 4 discharged.
• Approx. 20 no prenatal care/year
• 44 midwife patients - brought for deliveries: No midwives on site. REQUIRED:
  • AZ state license; active, unrestricted. Welcomes IMLC Candidates.
  • Board Certified - Obstetrics & Gynecology
  • Residency/Fellowship - Completed
  • Present with Availability.
  • Clean Malpractice - preferred.
  • DEA, BLS, ACLS. COMPENSATION:
    • Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
    • Tier 1 vs Tier 2 rates - Tier 1 presentations will be reviewed first.
    • Malpractice insurance provided.
    • Travel: Local flights available. SCHEDULE: 24-hr In-house shift coverage. 10-12 shifts per month available.
