Job Description Job Description Job Title: Shipping/Receiving Clerk Job Description The position of a Receiving Clerk involves matching purchase orders with the physical products received, counting and labeling them, and designating them to the required site. Each received item is scanned into a container, such as a pallet, for timely shipment. The role also involves using a pallet jack or forklift to move products and entering data such as inventory and part numbers into the computer system. Responsibilities Match purchase orders against received products. Count and label items for site designation. Scan items into containers for shipment. Operate pallet jack or forklift to move products. Enter inventory data and part numbers into the computer. Essential Skills Minimum of 2 years of shipping and/or receiving experience. Strong computer skills. High attention to detail and counting ability. Proficiency in using a forklift and pallet jack. Experience with cycle counts, warehouse inventory, order picking, labeling, inventory control, and RF scanners. Additional Skills & Qualifications Intermediate computer skills. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs unassisted. Experience with problem-solving and general labor tasks. Why Work Here? Work Environment The work environment includes delivering critical e-fulfillment warehouse implementation services, from design consultation to technical integration, to buildout and retrofits. This ensures maximum site efficiency for facility operators. The dress code requires steel-toed shoes and jeans. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with potential overtime communicated in advance. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Goodyear, AZ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
